Announcing New Course Schedule for Spring 2021

The Society of Fellows in the Liberal Arts (SoF) presents the course schedule for the Spring 2021 academic term. The Junior Fellows will offer 17 courses, ranging from Mesoamerican archeology to Chinese poetry, and from strategies of effective education to European intellectual history.

The courses are part of SUSTech’s general education program. Junior Fellows design them according to their academic interests, choosing their preferred teaching format and language of instruction (English, Chinese or bilingual).

“Our Junior Fellows are recent PhD graduates from top-tier universities around the world, and they are able to share with students the most advanced knowledge from their disciplines,” says Professor Wang Xiaokui, Deputy Director of the Social Science Center at SUSTech. “The thematic range of courses is extremely broad, representing the diversity of contemporary Humanities and Social Sciences, and it provides an excellent opportunity for SUSTech students to learn some of the most advanced ideas from these disciplines.”
